About me
Rachel Kimble is a Senior Consultant with The Curtis Group, where she advises nonprofit organizations on campaign planning, fundraising strategy, development operations, and philanthropic growth. She has worked with organizations across the country to strengthen fundraising programs, build meaningful donor relationships, and position institutions for long-term success. Prior to joining The Curtis Group, Rachel served as an associate consultant with Marts&Lundy and previously worked in development at the University of Virginia and St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland. Rachel is a frequent presenter on fundraising strategy and nonprofit leadership. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Giving USA Editorial Review Board, providing oversight to the editor and chapter authors of Giving USA: The Annual Report on Philanthropy. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia.
